    It is often said, “Education without action is dead.” How true! REAL SOLUTIONS begins with the intention you bring to the table to implement what you have learned to achieve your desired outcome.

 

     You will have a discussion with one of our Strategic Consultants who will review your initial self-assessment and the DIRECT ACCESS education modules you completed. Then together, you’ll decide what your most important priorities are and what resources are most appropriate for you to engage.

 

Our Strategic Consultants work directly with our Members and combine accountability with one of two specific channels of expertise to accomplish the targeted result:

 

  1. Preferred Vendor Network – Outsourcing can provide tremendous resources. It can also wreak havoc on your business if you don’t carefully evaluate the provider. We review, sort, compile and conduct due diligence on all product and service providers who are not part of our peer mentor team.  This can include reference checks, customer interviews and other appropriate protective measures to ensure our members get real, validated services upon which they can depend.

 

  1. Peer Mentoring – Many of the members of the Strategic Small Business Network™ have tremendous skills and talents in key areas of business development. We invite those individuals who have demonstrated competency to apply for “MENTOR STATUS” within our organization. Our MENTORS then develop their competency to a level that allows them to teach other team members and share their personal intellectual property in order to help the team grow.
